Seiling vs Weleetka: Wildcats Capture Fourth State Championship Behind Tillery’s Eight-TD Showcase

EDMOND — Powered by a historic performance from quarterback Wyatt Tillery, who accounted for eight total touchdowns, Seiling stormed past Weleetka 60–12 to claim the Class B state championship Thursday afternoon at Chad Richison Stadium.

Weleetka traded blows early behind a 75-yard kick-return touchdown from Paul Lowery and a Bryant Sites scoring grab from Isaiah Drake, matching Seiling punch for punch in a frenetic first quarter. But each time the Outlaws answered, Tillery delivered right back—rushing for touchdowns of 8, 20, and 55 yards as the Wildcats built an 18–12 lead after one.

From there, Seiling seized control. Tillery ripped off a 12-yard score, and Rush Hunt added a 37-yard touchdown run as the Wildcats stacked back-to-back drives with two-point conversions to push the margin to 34–12 at halftime. Seiling’s defense clamped down, bottling up Weleetka’s run game and closing passing windows that had been available early.

The Wildcats slammed the door in the second half. Tillery connected with Stryker Worman for a 10-yard touchdown, then added his fifth rushing score from 19 yards out to make it 48–12 entering the fourth. Hunt’s interception set up a 43-yard touchdown strike from Tillery, and with under a minute to play, Jazin Baker hauled in a 68-yard bomb down the sideline to complete Seiling’s “state run” finish and lock up the program’s fourth championship.
