Rattan wins first title since 2015

The Rattan Rams was back in the finals for first time since 2019 while the Sterling Tigers was back in for first time since 2008, The Rams looking to win first title since 2015 while the Tigers looking for first title in school history. The Tigers strike first with an RBI single from Tyler Pierce after Nate Anderson’s triple to start off. The Rams would get it going in the second inning with a solo home run from Logan Smith and a pop out that allowed James Childers to score from third. The Rams kept the streak going in the third inning with RBI singles from Cale Clay and Jace May. The Tigers would get two runs in the fourth on a walk and hit by pitch on loaded bases. Bottom of fourth the Rams answered back with an RBI single from Keller Shockey, Fifth inning the Rams would get two more runs on an RBI single from Seth Springfield and another from Logan Smith. Sixth inning the Rams would crack the lead wide open on an RBI double from Logan Smith and an RBI single from James Childers. Top of seventh last chance for the Tigers and Logan Smith would come up big on third out with a strikeout to seal it and the Rams would go on to win their first title since 2015 with a 11-3 win over Sterling.
