The Porum Panthers was coming into this game looking to snap a two game losing skid while the Oaks Warriors was looking for their first win. The Panthers would get on the board first in the bottom of the first run after a walk by Cooper Franklin with loaded bases scored Isaiah Sallee. The game would be a defensive battle most of the game as it remained 1-0 until the fourth quarter when the Panthers got the bats going and put up six unanswered runs driven by singles from Braden Catron and Isaiah Sallee and a double from Cooper Franklin and a walk from Kyle Rock, Sallee would have the start on the mound and went the entire game, allowing zero runs on two hits, striking out eight batters and giving up zero walks. The Panthers will play the winner of Keota and Warner JV tomorrow at 4:00pm weather permitting.
