Class 4A is looking to be another great one this year, You look at the field for 4A year in and year out and there’s quite a few teams who are capable of winning it all, 4A-1 is an interesting one, Clinton will be the early favorite but Elk City will also contend for it, Weatherford was a young team last year and it will be interesting to see what they do, Chickasha and John Marshall will be two watch close as well in this one. 4A-2 is definitely a gauntlet here, Tuttle appears to control their destiny but you also have Blanchard in this one and this is a big rivalry that usually decides the district title, You also have a Bethany team that is looking to take the next step as well as Newcastle and Harrah, The third and fourth seeds will be interesting to see unfold. 4A-3 is in a very similar boat as 4A-2, On paper Wagoner appears to control their destiny here, Add a Cushing team that is looking to take the next step and you have an interesting fight for the title, Catoosa was the surprise team to get the fourth seed last year and they will look for greater pastures this year, Oologah is heading in the right direction and I could see them contending for playoffs this year. 4A-4 will be a gauntlet as far as playoff seeding goes, Poteau controls their destiny here but the fight for positioning will be an interesting one, Broken Bow, Ft. Gibson and Ada are three teams that have a lot of tradition then you have two teams in Hilldale and Madill that are in the right direction of buliding a contender, The 2-4 seeds will be interesting to see here.
